Yesterday 18th November 2020,I had the distinguish honour to pay a courtesy call on the congregants of the ASHBA 2020 Congress held at St. Ambrose College of education,Dormaa(Bono Ahafo).

My led entourage capitalised on this opportunity to fraternise with the various students leaders engaging them on their role as nation builders.

In my bid to build transformational leaders,I out-stood this opportunity to educate the various student leaders “on the art of leadership” with my candour statements and the life of some great leaders as evinces.
I shared with them the resentments they go through as leaders thereby empowering them to lead beyond the status quo:Being radical (Being an agent of positive change).
In the climax of my education,I said,”You do not need a title to be a leader. Become the kind of leader that people would follow voluntarily; even if you had no title or position……the leader has to be practical and
realist yet must talk the language of the visionary and the ideslist.”
