Apart from the amazing Incredible Zigi, the famous Ghanaian Afrobeat dancer, Lloyd Konadu, popularly known by his fans as Dancegod Lloyd, was one of the best dancers in the country.
With his amazing dance steps, Dancegod Lloyd has managed to win the hearts of many and now the dance has attempted to venture into music as he releases his first AMG Medikal song titled “Sika.”
In recent developments, as he narrates how he emerged as the all-time favorite dancer in Ghana, the dancer cum musician was featured on the World’s BBC News.
Lloyd introduced his parents as Agnes Konadu and Papa Dancegod in the video shown on Instagram as his primary aid in achieving his goals as a professional dancer.
He said that they were disappointed in him when he told his parents that he wanted to become a professional dancer because they wanted him to go to one of the best schools in Ghana to become a decent person in society, but Lloyd had another plan for destiny, it seems.
The dancer was hand-picked by Beyonce’s team to feature in Beyonce’s music video after he posted a video of himself dancing to her song “Already”.
In 2017, the dancer and his partner, Afro Beast and his manager established a charitable group called “Dance With Purpose Academy (DWPA)” which was geared towards helping young folks on the streets who have interest in dancing to use their skills to make a living for themselves.
The dancer and his team have also been featured in many music videos in Ghana and are still doing more by inspiring dancers all over the world.
