Sarkodie and Shatta Wale finally react to the fake UN awards

The Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, has already made fun of people all over the social media about the fake rumor of the UN Award.

The musician, among other celebrities, was honoured for their contributions in their different fields of operation on Friday, August 28, 2020.

The awardees were presented with plaques of the “UN Kofi Annan Excellence Awards” drawing a connection between the program, the UN, and the late Kofi Annan.

However, it seems that the so-called “UN Kofi Annan Excellence Awards” were simply fraudulent, as a result of which the shades of Sarkodie and the other celebrities were received on social media.

Sarkodie then removed images of the ‘fake golden bottle of water’ awards presented to him by Dr. UN, identified as Kwame Fordjour, from his Instagram handle before going to Twitter to chat about it.

The award-winning rapper and Shatta Wale eventually replied to Dr. UN’s bogus awards through Twitter.

Sarkodie wrote in his tweet:

“Shatta Wale on the phone explaining what actually happened with Mr UN” Shatta Wale also responded by saying, “or you wan Mek I go Live and explain ryt ?

Perhaps, Shatta Wale has explained in detail to Sarkodie’s understanding and he now gets it but life still goes on, he guesses.
